Olivia Guerrero
Olivia is a passionate English teacher at a selective enrollment high school where she teaches students with diverse skills and abilities and of diverse cultural backgrounds. Currently, she teaches freshmen and juniors, but she has experience working with students from pre-k through senior year in various capacities, including one-on-one tutoring and providing individual and small group support to struggling readers. Olivia is committed to ensuring that students have an inclusive and supportive environment that is conducive to learning, success, and motivation. She attended Loyola University of Chicago for undergrad, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, a Bachelor of Arts in English, and an endorsement to teach English Language Learners. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in English from the University of Illinois Chicago.
