Kira Fox
Kira holds a bachelor’s degree in math and computer science with a concentration in algorithm theory and a minor in Chinese. She has studied Mandarin for over eight years and studied abroad in China to improve her language skills, immerse herself in the culture, and meet new people. Kira has been tutoring since 2021 and has also worked with students through programs at the library, park district, and Museum of Science and Industry. She has experience with students in grades 5–12, including those with learning differences. Kira is a very patient tutor who focuses on getting to know students, understanding their learning methods, and introducing strategies to broaden the range of techniques they can draw on.
