Hannah is a 6th grade English language arts teacher at an elementary school in Humboldt Park and has also taught 3rd and 5th grade in the past. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College in Ohio with a major in history and a minor in art history. After graduation, Hannah moved to Chicago where she completed the AUSL teaching residency program, which included training with a mentor teacher. During her residency year, she earned her masters in teaching from National Louis University. Hannah focuses on reaching each child at his or her individual level and pushing students in small group settings. Hannah has extensive knowledge of the NWEA MAP test and the specific skills students need to master to drive their scores up at each level.
