Amresh Kumar
Amresh is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the Harris School of Public Policy at UChicago. He’s an electronics engineer by undergraduate degree. He’s worked in the education sector since 2019 and his work spans teaching, government consulting, ed-tech product development, assessments, and impact evaluation and investing. He’s also a Teach for India fellow (part of the Teach for America network) where he taught 120+ students in grades 8-10. He’s passionate about education especially about personalized learning initiatives and working towards a world where each child learns with understanding according to their own style. In his free time, Amresh loves to meditate, read (recently he read Autobiography of a Yogi) and learn to play flute. He is originally from India.
