Nathan Rosenmann

Nathan attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he earned his BS in physics. He then attended Northwestern University where he earned his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering in 2026. He is now working as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Northwestern University as he prepares to transition into the next steps of his career. Throughout his academic career, Nathan worked hard to excel in his coursework – seeking out tutors to assist his learning when he struggled, which resulted in him rapidly excelling in math and science courses. More recently, he has assisted in giving graduate level lectures at Northwestern – working with students one-on-one to develop research projects and learn advanced characterization techniques and concepts. In his free time, Nathan enjoys exploring different coffee shops and restaurants in Chicago, going to the gym, trying new recipes, and reading with his cat.
