Hannah Drake

After teaching English language arts to elementary and middle school students for seven years in Chicago Public schools, Hannah now works for CommonLit, an education nonprofit. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College in Ohio with a major in history and a minor in art history. After graduation, Hannah moved to Chicago where she completed the AUSL teaching residency program and earned her masters in teaching from National Louis University. Hannah focuses on reaching each child at his or her individual level and pushing students in small group settings. Hannah has extensive knowledge of the NWEA MAP test, the REACH assessment, and the specific skills students need to master to drive their scores up at each level.
