Sean is a PhD candidate in public history and American history at Loyola University Chicago. Originally from Louisville, KY, Sean earned his bachelor’s in history and broadcasting at Western Kentucky University. He has over four years of experience teaching American, European, and world history as an instructor of record, teaching assistant, or tutor. Having also had experiences with acting and museum work, Sean is invested in helping others become better written and oral communicators. Outside of academic and work life, Sean enjoys traveling, visiting museums, hiking at state and national parks, reading, and playing the piano.
