Sam Vicari
Sam grew up in Crown Point, Indiana and received his bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Purdue University Northwest. In 2012, he finally fulfilled on a lifelong dream of moving to Chicago. In 2013, he began working as a special education classroom assistant (SECA) for a magnet high school on the northwest side and has worked there happily ever since. Sam believes that every student has personal strengths and areas for improvement. He loves working with students individually and in small groups to identify methods to build each student’s skill set. Sam is thrilled to be joining the Educational Endeavors team and is looking forward to meeting students from many different backgrounds. In his free time, he is also a musician and loves to cheer on the Cubs!
