Omoleye Roberts
Omoleye grew up in southeastern Minnesota and graduated from high school in three years, then moved to Massachusetts where she earned a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After working as an engineer, she attended medical school and obtained her M.D. from University of Pennsylvania. She moved to Chicago for orthopaedic surgery residency and is happy to be back in the Midwest! Omoleye hopes to help encourage and motivate students interested in STEM fields in particular. In her free time she enjoys crafting, being outdoors, biking, and playing with her sassy cat, Paprika.
