Maha Rostom

Teaching languages is a passion for Maha. Originally from Egypt, Maha is a native speaker of Arabic; however, she also grew up visiting her German grandmother six weeks each year and eventually working for several German companies, gaining fluency in German as well. Maha worked in the travel and hospitality industries for years but started transitioning into education when she began chaperoning student travel programs and discovered how much she enjoyed helping students learn the languages of the countries they visited. She has served as a classroom instructor in both Arabic and German schools and has been tutoring individuals and small groups online since 2019. Maha believes in making tutoring sessions fun and promises her students will learn not just a new language, but a new culture as well.
