Eve Oppenheimer Stickney

Eve is originally from New York City and holds a masters degree in teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education in Manhattan. She began her teaching career as a Teach for America corps member in Harlem where she taught kindergarten for two years. Eve later moved to South Florida where she became a learning specialist and first grade teacher at Pine Crest School. She became certified in the Orton-Gillingham phonics program during this time. In 2017, Eve moved to Chicago with her husband and spent one year as a first grade teacher at KIPP One Primary in Humboldt Park. Currently she is pursuing her second masters degree. Eve is comfortable instructing all subjects at the elementary level, but specializes in direct ELA and executive functioning remediation.
