Chiamaka was born in Nigeria and moved to America in 2005; and no matter where she is, she values academic excellence. In 2019, Chiamaka earned a bachelor’s with high honors in public health from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. She is now a Master’s in Social Work candidate at the University of Chicago. She has been tutoring formally since 2015, starting with student athletes at Rutgers and eventually working with younger children in the New Brunswick Public School System. She especially enjoys tutoring middle schoolers because she is an encourager at heart; and I have found that this when their confidence as students is being solidified. She enjoys showing students that no matter how much they might struggle with their studies, academic excellence is never out of their reach. Chiamaka enjoys blogging about faith, life, and fashion and can often be found singing, dancing, exercising, cooking, or planning outfits.
