Adèle is a trilingual French-American Chicago native. She graduated with honors from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, with degrees in both psychology and Spanish. There, she tutored her peers in French and Spanish, taught skiing and snowboarding, and later worked with the TRIO Upward Bound program on campus. She has taught English in Brazil and France and to ELL students here in Chicago’s public school system. After completing a year of graduate classes in DePaul’s World Languages and Bilingual Education programs, she ultimately left the formal teaching track in order to pursue a profession in the creative arts. When not tutoring, Adèle happily spends her time acting, making music, writing, and enjoying theater here in Chicago.
