Billing policy

Clients will be sent a detailed monthly invoice for all services.  While you are welcome to pay by cash, check or credit card, we do require a credit card number on file in order to secure a tutor. Your card will be charged for any balances past due by 30 days.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.  We bill at the regular rate if advanced notice is not given. We also honor this policy.  Should we need to cancel or reschedule a session and fail to give 24 hour notice, we will provide the following session free of charge.
