Professional Relationships

EE has collaborated with many outstanding organizations in delivering our diverse family of programs. Whether it is the students attending these schools, or the organizations themselves, we are proud to have them as clients and partners in our endeavors. Among those we have worked with, include:

Alain Locke Charter School: models “Absolute Excellence” and uses a learner-centered approach with a focus on producing students who are globally competitive and prepared for a successful college experience.

The Academic Approach: a test preparation and academic tutoring company with locations in Chicago and New York City.

Camp of Dreams: an emerging Chicago program devoted to bringing uplifting, engaging, free educational programs to young people who would otherwise go without.

Catalyst Charter Schools: are college-preparatory schools that partner with urban communities to offer K–8 students welcoming educational settings that nurture academic, social, and emotional growth.

Catherine Cook School: is a Chicago independent preparatory school serving preschool through eighth grade. It is an inclusive learning community dedicated to inspiring personal excellence and educating children for life.

Cheryl S. Lind, Ed.S., NCSP: is a certified school psychologist who offers standardized tests for 7th graders applying to selective enrollment schools, psycho-educational assessment, counseling and educational consulting. (847.970.8074 or cheryllind@yahoo.com)

Chicago Lights: seeks to break the cycle of poverty through academic and emotional support for over 400 students from low-income families (grades 1-12) by helping the students improve their academic performance, stay in school through high school graduation, prepare for higher education and meaningful careers, and expand leadership and social skills.

Chicago Children’s Clinic: helps children and adolescents who have social, developmental, and learning difficulties. They understand the challenges and struggles that children, families, and schools face when dealing with autism, learning disabilities, and a range of other neurobehavioral disorders.

The Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation: provides four-year high school scholarships and educational support services to economically disadvantaged Chicago eighth grade students who demonstrate academic potential to ensure they are properly prepared for college.

Dr. Pedro Albizu Campos H.S.: provides a quality educational experience needed to empower students to engage in critical thinking and social transformation, from the classroom to the Puerto Rican community, based on the philosophical foundation of self-determination, a methodology of self-actualization and an ethics of self-reliance.

Francis W. Parker H.S.: educates students to think and act with empathy, courage and clarity as responsible citizens and leaders in a democratic society and global community.

LaSalle II Magnet: provides a rigorous and challenging elementary school education to students in grades pre-k through 8. Acquisition of a second language will be a special component of the school’s educational program. Students will also learn the history and culture of the nations where the language is spoken.

Latin School of Chicago: A co-educational independent day school for students in grades junior kindergarten through twelve.

LINK Unlimited: is a non-profit organization that provides educational and college preparatory opportunities for economically disadvantaged African American high school youth.  LINK integrates mentoring relationships, college readiness and leadership development to foster academic success, personal development and interracial understanding and harmony.

Leap Learning Systems: is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to results driven language and literacy development. Leap Learning Systems’ programs are proven to accelerate self-confidence and fulfillment in children, parents and educators.

The Menomonee Club: has been improving urban life for children on Chicago’s north side for over fifty years. The Club’s experienced and caring staff guides a superb mix of supervised team sports, and recreational and social programs for kids in Junior Kindergarten (JK) through 6th grade, as well as selected programs for teenagers.

METROsquash: utilizes squash, education, cultural experience and community service to empower Chicago Public School students(grades 5-9)  to realize their full academic, athletic and personal potential.

Polyphony H.S.: creates a high-quality literary magazine written, edited, and published by high school students. They strive to build respectful, mutually beneficial, writer-editor relationships that form a community devoted to improving students’ literary skills in the areas of poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction.

RTM College Consulting: helps families determine which colleges or universities to apply to that are best suited to the student’s skills and career aspirations and counsel families on how best to structure their finances to qualify for the most need and/or merit based aid, and creating a sound financial plan while preserving the parents’ retirement assets.

St. Mary of the Woods: exists to help the parent as primary educators of their child and further the educational mission of the parish to nurture children to become whole, responsible persons spiritually, academically, aesthetically, and physically.
